Morgan has been high with a few passes today
 






Reminds me of the days where Leidner would throw 3 feet above a 6 feet 8 TE.
 


MN continuing to have success running into +1 boxes. Unreal.

BTW, CrAB and Brown-STephens had impressive blocks downfield. Good job, boys.
 

Man, it's fun watching Mo run the outside zone against the all out blitzes.
 



Down on the 1 mm line. Mo's not allowed to have TDs longer than 1yd.
 

I don't understand the defense Illinois is playing. They are showing blitz with their 2 inside linebackers on almost every play and backing them out on the snap. That prevents them from playing downhill with any momentum....

They are playing a ton of man-free. Would like to see more crossing routes to beat it.
 


The 1 yard TDs really hurt Mo's avg. Oh well. TDs are better
 





One less day of rest between now and the next game so maybe limit Mo’s carries the rest of the way.
 



The Illini offense reminds me of the Gophs offense Fleck's first year here.
 

T Smith looks beat down mentally with the way he left the field after getting pulled on that play.

Good call. Their QB is sorta like Croft. Sadly, he's their 4th stringer I think. Croft was arguably the best Fleck had.
 


Good to see a lot of guys subbing on D this drive . Gordon, Howard, Smith, etc.
 

IL might end up with more penalty yards than yards.
 



I have no idea how Lovie still has a job...

I think it's fair to say that Morgan has taken a step back this year
