If you watch the replay he never has complete possession of the football. He’s still securing it as the defender knocks it out of his hands. It’s not that difficult to see.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen the gophers get a call like that.
 

I don’t know how WE got that call. Refs must have mistaken the M for Michigan. Happens to me all the time in Atlanta.

If the safeties are jumping those slants we need to fake a slant and then cut back outside.
