That is the objective, that is the opportunity. Put this program on the fn map with a win at The Shoe, on national prime time TV, under the lights. It happens, not often, but it does happen. It may take a perfect game from us and an abysmal game from them, but why not us, why not now?

Can't play 3 yards and cloud of dust. Can't get FGs inside the 10. Can't turn the ball over. Have to take their big play punches and a couple of bad calls from the officials. We must overcome it all. We must be perfect. But I believe.

SHOCK. THE. WORLD.

All the pressure is on Ohio State in a matchup like this. Hopefully our guys come out playing loose and shock everyone!
 










No media analysts are giving us a chance. Here's to hoping Fleck/Harbaugh just let Drake sling it and build off of his performance last week. Give em all we got.

I'm not picking an upset and we could easily lose by 35 but dang it, I just have a strange feeling about tomorrow. A feeling like the country is going to be introduced to Drake Lindsey in a big fashion. Just the type of feel I had when Randy Moss had his NFL coming out party on MNF in Lambeau.
 


Listened to a national sports guy who seems to know his stuff. He opined that given OH-IO State's next 3 games with a bye, if their kid QB was going to do some slinging, then this game would be it.

If that unfolds, probably not good for us. Hopefully Ryan Day holds the reins tight at the start and we come out being able to move the ball. Of course moving the ball only uses time if no points come from it, preferably in increments of 7.

Regardless, Buckeye fans don't get as many night games as they think they deserve so they will be pumped. Need some early success to slow that down. Big game in front of a national audience.

You need number 5): Refs call a straight game. {Same OL holding penalty standard for both teams. Same DB psss interference standard for both teams. Ohio State has to live with the same targeting rule as the rest in the nation.}

The network game before ours (Boise vs ND) kicks off at 2:30 so little chance it goes over time and we get kicked to peacock for the start of the game.
