The Gophers are notorious for "feeling them out " on the opening offensive and defensive drives. It's very frustrating.

It’s OK when an opponent is gracious enough to mutually feel out the Gophs in the beginning. But the discourteous one, like Iowa this year, who beat the tar out of us, and effectively end the game during this quiet period are a real bother.

Totally Monday morning QB but relying on him again this year after last year being out or slowed almost all year is a team killer. Too much NIL and a waste of game planning around him pre season.
