***OFFICIAL MARYLAND AT MINNESOTA IN-GAME THREAD!!!***

I'll take the result of the 1st quarter. Looks like the field is starting to lean the Gophers way.

Illlinois wins in 9 OT's. But it was 16-16 and the win 20-18? I'm still confused.

Let me tell you. Don't take Illinois and NW for granted. They may be awful early, but they are improving and learning through losing. They are going to give the Gophers a run for the money.

There is no denying the Gophers have to fight their way every inch to a title.

2 point conversions. It was 16-16, they both got the conversions, so 18-18, then Illinois got a conversion and Penn State didn't, so 20-18.

As much as I detest Butt B, I'm glad Illinois won. Helps us for bowl position.

I feel like we’ve gotten away with a few false starts. Guys leaning forward just before the snap.

So it just becomes a series of 2 point conversions? After how many OT's does that kick in?

Whats the record? Im assuming there is one (for OTs)
That is the new record*. I think they said six games have been to 7 OTs but none had made to 8. But they did the two point conversion thing in most of these OTs so not exactly apples to apples.

Bryce Williams on 1st and goal run. Beth: "Maybe got a yard". How about 3?

Hate to interrupt the OT thread but that was a nice drive by the Gophers for the TD

Harder than it looks but agree we are @ the point where we should have enough talent to have a return guy.

So all it took was Burt throwing his team under the bus to beat a top ten team on the road?
