Just got off the phone with my real estate agent and she said #LeidnerIsland condo prices are up 40% in the last hour.

A condo sold in 2014 for $165k was just sold for $315k.

"Everyone wants in and it's the place to be this fall," she says.

True. They threw the ball very well in a number of games last year. Problem was they wasted too much time trying to "establish the run" before they got to it.

Yep. I recall in the non-conference last year there was a lot of criticism that they weren't taking the opportunity to work on their passing.
