That's true. Not much you can do about banked 24-ft shots, but you can't throw it away and attack with 20+ seconds on the shot clock with a lead late in the game.

I get what you're saying, but I feel like he normally is afraid to shoot, even though he is a good shot. I was glad to see him out it up knowing he could make it, instead of, " how can I pass this up."

Yes, that was the only defensive weakness today, but that Octeus has become a very dangerous player during the Big Ten season. This might be the best interior defensive game in conference that I've seen Pitino's team play.

Not making excuses for De'Andre, but why does it take several minutes to do a quick review to add 0.6 seconds onto the clock? You'd think in this day and age the refs could look at the replay once or twice, get it figured out, and get the game going again.

As for the game, great defense. 17 steals is incredible. If we can get our half court offense going, we could be a pretty good team.

I don't know if it is his health or confidence, but Andre Hollins is playing really well. 24-45 beyond the 3-point line in the last 6 games. He's also rebounding, distributing the ball, and playing defense very well. Good win. Keep it going.
