This is the day I've been waiting for since I started watching the Gophers in the 80s!
Let's. Freaking. Go.

In a hockey clinic until 3:30. What do you think the odds are I can watch it on DVR @ 4 without someone telling me the score, if they win.

I have watched almost every Gopher game later in the day this season...So everything was far less stressful when I could just skip right to the next play.I’m out of town (really bummed about that) so I can’t be there in person. Embarrassed to say this, but I’m not sure I can take the stress and watch this live on TV. That’s how bad I want the good guys to win. Am I the only one that might have to just take sneak peaks of the score on my phone and then watch the DVR recording later? Not sure my heart could take it live either way (heart-attack with the win, broken heart with a loss).

On my local ABC affiliate they're currently showing a children's nature documentary about albatrosses. Kind of funny, three minutes before scheduled game time.
Wildly unpopular opinion - I have O.D'ed on hype for this game. I'm sick of hearing about the game. No more hype.
Just play the freakin' game.
Oh, and by the way - there is another game next week.
Next week's game is: A road game. A rivalry game. A trophy game. And a game that will help decide the winner of the West division.
The Iowa game - in many ways - is more important than the Penn State Game in deciding how the Gophers' season will turn out.
Look, I know today is a big deal. but it's one game out of 12 in the regular season. if you told me the Gophers could only win 1 of the next 2 games, I choose to beat Iowa. Every stinkin' time.
