Closer to 10 months or work, with the vast majority of work days exceeding contract hours, not that I'm complainingnot bad for 8-9 months of work!

Well there’s the first one that sucks.
Sucks a lot but hope this means Taylor is back....
I'd rather have had Ijiboi.Sucks a lot but hope this means Taylor is back....
If Taylor was a guaranteed every game player next year, I’d be okay with Ijeboi leaving. But Taylor is not a guarantee and Ijeboi will keep getting better.I'd rather have had Ijiboi.
For $$, age, health i think I agree 100%I'd rather have had Ijiboi.
Injury wise yes, rushing maybe, receiving no. Always tough to lose young guys.I'd rather have had Ijiboi.
The football team isn't getting 20M from the university. That money gets distributed to the whole athletic department. So that multiplies to round numbers $2 million dollars of our $20 plus million bucket.
I thought it was closer to 10M for football. Men's hoops was ~ 6M.Football is about 15-17M
Turner was hurt early in the season...gotta think he will be 100% hopefully by spring ball but for sure by fall camp.Hopefully that means Turner is expected to make a full recovery and coaches were honest with him that he'd likely be 3rd string....and have to compete with the true freshman.
I really think Ryan Estrada will be able to help fill this void!If Taylor was a guaranteed every game player next year, I’d be okay with Ijeboi leaving. But Taylor is not a guarantee and Ijeboi will keep getting better.
I'm thinking that as well.Hopefully that means Turner is expected to make a full recovery and coaches were honest with him that he'd likely be 3rd string....and have to compete with the true freshman.
Agreed, the coaching staff always seems to find RBs to fill in the void.Sucks, but I hate to say running backs are a dime a dozen. They will find someone in the portal as good if not better. Kids always think the grass is greener. Now if he gets himself more NIL money somewhere more power to the kid.
I think Kane Rob was being a little over the top calling Fame a freak athlete and predicting a Bucky Irving like rise for him.Sucks, but I hate to say running backs are a dime a dozen. They will find someone in the portal as good if not better. Kids always think the grass is greener. Now if he gets himself more NIL money somewhere more power to the kid.
This has Ky Thomas written all over it. He would have been starting if he stayed here instead of going to "greener grass" where he bombed and every played again. Ijiboi will regreat this.Well there’s the first one that sucks.
I think he's probably somewhere in between Ky and Bucky. This has Ky Thomas written all over it. He would have been starting if he stayed here instead of going to "greener grass" where he bombed and every played again. Ijiboi will regreat this.
I might be totally wrong, but I don’t think he’s anywhere near BuckyI think he's probably somewhere in between Ky and Bucky.
At a minimum, they're two completely different type of players.I might be totally wrong, but I don’t think he’s anywhere near Bucky
RB and WR are definitely two spots where if you need a young player to play right away they have the best chance of succeeding as a freshman.Well, if you’re gonna lose someone running back would be the spot. The new freshman coming in should be good. Hopefully Taylor can stay healthy because we’re a different team when he is.
They may be a different team if both are playing behind the same OL but what’s likely to be better Taylor plus an OL similar to last year or Ijeboi plus an OL that has an extra 500k to spend on upgrades…Well, if you’re gonna lose someone running back would be the spot. The new freshman coming in should be good. Hopefully Taylor can stay healthy because we’re a different team when he is.
This could be true, but Ky Thomas had a conditioning issue. He was in Fleck's doghouse for not being in shape and I believe it impacted him at other stops. It's not so much about the baby fat as much as it says about his discipline. This has Ky Thomas written all over it. Outside of the health, I take Taylor over him eight days a week. But everybody has an opinion lol. This could be true, but Ky Thomas had a conditioning issue. Fame has never had those whispers.
I thought he was our best back last year, even when everyone was healthy. He runs hard.
