I've had good luck at corner bar on west bank getting in, although I believe they're currently closed.Yeah, if you are not in line at Sallys 30 minutes before they open at 9 am, you can forget dining ahead of this game.... We used to breakfast at Mannings on Como pregame, but ownership turned over and they canned the excellent existing staff.... 1 1/2 hours for eggs when the place was half full before the Miami-Ohio game... steer clear of there.
Highly recommend going to Key's. This was my wife and I's "tailgating" ritual for a couple of years. Here's an option on the other side of 280 just off University Ave: Keys Cafe 767 Raymond Ave 55114
We have the best game of the bunch.
Do you bring toilet paper from home?I’ve been buying these hash brown /sausage/ egg patty things from Von Hanson’s… they hit right at 10:15 before heading in!
Yes, there will be nonstop Applebees commercials. Are the commercials on ESPN2 better than ESPNU?
Yeah we fancy like Applebees on a date night....Yes, there will be nonstop Applebees commercials.
I don’t get this post?Do you bring toilet paper from home?
Hope so...
Bummer, Haven't been in since B4 Covid. Great fried chicken. Not a ton of early options by the stadium. I'd recommend Egg&I at Univ & 280. No booze but a killer breakfast menu. Can park there and hop on the light rail for a 5 minute ride to the stadium. After I'd suggest checking out Malcolm Yards...Told by a more than 1 person, and recognized on my own that very familiar manager and staff were not there.
I don't think you're supposed to park there and leave for the game but I haven't heard of anyone getting towed. I could be wrong but I thought I should put out a warning.Bummer, Haven't been in since B4 Covid. Great fried chicken. Not a ton of early options by the stadium. I'd recommend Egg&I at Univ & 280.
