Now we play no. 1, at night, on their turf. How do we do?

Optimistic: Play with the same heart and emotion as we did this past week, beat them by 2-3 scores!
If I had money on the game: Beat the spread, but come up just short.

I predict the Gophers at least cover the spread.

Ohio State is -23 right now. I'd take us at that spread against Cardale Jones.

Urban is also something like 36-9 ATS with more than a week to prepare.

Like Mr. Miyagi tells Daniel in the original Karate Kid movie about his chances of winning... "Aye Daniel-son, have good chance"....

If the boys play like they did against the Wolverines, they indeed have a good chance.

I'm calling the upset.

-Don't turn the ball over & get 1 or 2 of our own
-Contain Zeke & prevent his BIG runs

Do those two things & I think the Gophers can make a game of it. I am no way expecting a victory this week, but there's no reason the team can't go down there & give 100K people a nice scare for a while....

Now facing the #3 team this Saturday.

Like Yoda says in the movies "Size matters not" "Do or do not" there is no I tried" What do the Gophers have to lose in this game besides one football game That and simply the fact we let them off the hook last year should have the guys motivated for another crack at the Buckeyes.
Let it all hang out and hit them with some no huddle, a mix of air raid and off tackle plays away from Bosa, make it a track meet of scoring plays by the Gopher Offense. The only way your going to beat Ohio State is to put up a lot of points because it is clear that Ohio State can score the football. The Gophers need to score +34 points or more to win.

Quick question/survey of opinion. Do you guys think OSU will still be #1 when the CFP committee releases the rankings on Tuesday? I know they were on a bye, but I get a feeling they may fall to #2 and Clemson enters as #1 in the first CFP ranking. Thoughts?

Oh.....and I say the inspired Gopher team we saw last night makes another appearance in Columbus and makes it a close one. Who wins....not sure at this point. Want to see injury and depth chart later this week before deciding. TBD
Clemson #1 in cfp. Called it. [emoji6]

I am heading to Columbus this weekend. My first trip there. Really hoping the Gophers can at least put up a fight. After watching Northern Illinois play even throughout game, I am confident Gophers can do same. Establish run game early, control time of possession, AND win on special teams.

Prediction: OSU- 41 Gophers-21
