One of the things I love about Fleck is that he doesn't seem to give in to the temptation to bring in problems like these.

The irony here is that the OL wins the play and ends up doing his job, because the DL took himself out of the play because he was too focused on showing off.

Anything legal that you can do as an OL to occupy a defender is a WIN.

From the sound of the home crowd and the motion seen leaving the frame it actually looks like a successful play for the offense.
