Automatic qualifiers in multiple-bid conferences (noted with an *) have the best conference record or, in the event of a tie, best Bart Torvik T-Rank (noted in parentheses).

DEEP THOUGHTS, BY BUZZ STUDLEY
The NCAA got something right. I've noticed a major positive difference in game flow with the addition of the new challenge rules. The basics of the new rules:

A coach gets 1 challenge to use on a call during a game. To initiate a challenge, a team needs to have a timeout remaining. If the challenge is successful, the team retains its timeout and can challenge another call.
If the challenge fails, the timeout is lost and the team has no more challenges.

Coaches can challenge the following calls:
(1) Out-of-bounds calls
(2) Basket interference and goaltending
(3) Whether a secondary defender (taking a charge) was in the restricted-area arc

Officials can still go to the replay in the final two minutes of games to review goaltending and restricted area calls. But they can't initiate out-of-bounds reviews. Only coaches can do that with a challenge.

The best result, in my opinion, is no more out-of-bounds (OOB) reviews in the final two minutes unless by coach challenge. This will end the nonsense of reviewing every single OOB situation in a tight game, when the game then turns into a sh*t-show, stop-and-go.
