I don't know about meetings but most schools have apps that share all the new photos, videos produced with the players on their phone.

The players can then share it on their social media accounts if they like.

I am sure they show a highlight video to the players at the hotel, but almost certain these particula videos are just for the fans.

Team highlight video will have a lot more clips of game action from the week before and be quite a bit longer.
