Northwestern and Michigan both counted their game last week as a Northwestern home game so I don't believe it is considered a neutral site game probably due to the stadium situation at Northwestern right now.

Wrigley Field is listed on the Northwestern page as one of its facilities.

Against power 4 opponents Minnesota has scored 21+ 4 times in 8 games but 28+ just once.
Northwestern has a good but not great defense. I expect Minnesota in the 17-24 range.

Northwestern against power 4 and Tulane 21+ 3 times but 28+ 0 times.

I don’t think northwesterns offense is as high of potential as minnesotas.
I think they’re defense is a little better than minnesotas.

If Minnesotas offense comes to play 24-17 kind of game for Minnesota.
If they don’t expect someone to win 17-14 (which is the score northwestern beat UcLA by)
