I hope the formatting works out, here, but I converted each B1G team's non-con into the quads that the NCAA uses, and ranked them. I did not count any tourney game where the opponent is not yet known (like the 2nd or 3rd round) - that's significant for a couple of teams near the bottom of this list because they're guaranteed to get a good opponent regardless of whether they're in the winner's or loser's bracket. ETA - I counted the MN game vs. San Fran as a neutral for this because I didn't want to look up where every team's neutral games were actually being played.

Just a FYI.

After finishing the palatability rankings, I’ll do a “final” schedule ranking by combining palatability with each team’s average NET ranking of opponents. In that instance, I’ll separate the 80 Power 6 programs from the 41 miscellaneous non-Power 6 programs I’m tracking in 2023-24.

It should provide a pretty good feel for who scheduled to give themselves a chance for an at-large bid in the event they end up on the bubble, and conversely, those who didn’t.

Northwestern State checks in with an initial non-Power 6 ranking of #24.

While DFL was expected for Minnesota, the Big 10 occupying 3 other spots in the bottom 6 is also brutal.

Maybe this is a short term offshoot of the ACC/Big 10 Challenge being torpedoed.
