How is his rapport with high school coaches. At NIU, there weren't many 3 & 4* recruits that he went after. Coaches know who the good coaches are, and he might have success with higher ranked players. Remember, high school coaches are still important in football.

Exactly. This guy has never had to recruit on a national level, so how can it be good? I guess if we just want to beat up the state of Ill its probably OK.

THere is no way in hell we finish above the bottom 3 in recruiting in any of his years here.
