Obviously wished he would have stayed, but it's good to see a former Gopher making it in the league.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.Wasn’t it Betts who so dominated him in practice that he transferred out of fear?
AKA The Gavin Newsome Mole.Wasn’t it Betts who so dominated him in practice that he transferred out of fear?
The message is that persistence and hard work will get you a more solid chance than popularity and connections alone could.Wow....honestly didn't see much of an NBA future for Battle but in spite of how things ended here it is nice to see a Minnesota kid making it in the NBA.
I wasn't one of them.People on this board mostly celebrated his departure.
Not me. Great shooting range for someone 6-6. Someone who could have justifiably been more selfish on the court.People on this board mostly celebrated his departure.
He was terribly inefficient and selfish two years ago here. He took 340 shots to score 336 points. Not good at all. It is good to see that he thrived under different circumstances. Not me. Great shooting range for someone 6-6. Someone who could have justifiably been more selfish on the court.
Get 3 years in the league and you get a hell of a pension someday!
Righteous bucks.“If you earn at least three "Years of Service," you are guaranteed a minimum pension $56,988 annually if taken at age 62. This number increases as your "Years of Service" increase. For example, if you play 10 or more seasons, your annual pension jumps to $215,000 annually.”
Very solid setup for his future.
