I don’t think Fleck would take Cobb or Kirkwood being they were Kill guys. Timing is so unfortunate on Mo and Burns. Good chance Burns is fired after this year and I doubt Fleck poaches Mo from Burns.

I am not in the college coaching business but in my opinion there is so much movement with coaches that no one takes it personally. It is truly not a "what you know" business but a lot more "who you know."

Vast majority of coaches are on the move every couple of years.
