I think Enfield is underrated as an option at this point. He's a high IQ guy, has been successful in multiple fields, and connects with players.

I have mixed feelings about a guy like Enfield. Obvious he has done a great job this year. I just hope the decision isn't based on one season.
 

Love the way his team plays non stop hustle and pushing up the court any chance they get. I'd love to have him as the next Gopher coach.
 

Yeah I wouldn't mind offering him the job. This team is so much fun to watch.
 



He's really growing on me. It would be a lot of fun to watch the Gophers play like this...

Agreed. Want to make a splash? Hire him. There's no doubt he'd be an up and coming coach.
 

randy whitman....any of you ever run into him off the court? I did....umm he loved the ladies and stupidly had his head in the crowds at games.

Can you imagine what Rodney would have done in Enfield's offense? 20 dunks per game !
 

I hope they pull off a comeback. If they lose, he won't be mentioned again. Just shows what a difference one game makes .

isn't he pulling down about $150k. if so, i think he gets a big raise and mention after losing
 



I would like him if he had a half court offense.

Your analysis is pretty simple. When you're outmanned and outmuscled you have to run the system he did in the tourney, that's called intelligent coaching.

No doubt. Let's just hire Anthony Evans. He won an NCAA game as #15 seed! His players had fun and played loose! He has to be good!

How many coaches have successfully made a jump from a bottom tier conference to one of the best in the country? Most move up through the ranks before being hired by a major conference program.
