I think Loya and Tracy were more proven than this years transfers.

True, although in some ways the unproven receiver, Smith, may have been the best by the latter part of the season. Tracy had a good year. Loya was utilized less than expected (10 catches for 61 yards). Biber was a good pickup. Wish he had another year.

Honest question - what makes you think the WR "room' is better than last year?

Unless Smith takes a step backwards next year, I'm not sure it could look worse.
