Per Harrison:
New Gophers QB Max Brosmer is starting to get up to speed with his new team.
Brosmer transferred to Minnesota after spending four seasons at the University of New Hampshire in the FCS. He led the nation in passing in 2023 with 3,464 passing yards and 29 touchdowns while guiding the Wildcats to a 6-5 record.
"Initially, it's you're getting thrown into the fire and you're feeling it out for the first couple weeks. It seems really fast when you first get into it," Brosmer continued. "But right about now it's hitting that sweet spot where you're kind of getting the feel of what you can and can't make ... on the field, throw wise, and also who you can and can't move with your eyes in certain situations. People are playing different speeds at different levels. I think it's a challenge every single day. It's a lot of fun to attack and compete with the guys."
