Athan started five games last year and this will be his third August training camp.

Not a completely inexperienced, raw 1st year guy.

Part of why I think he is going to surprise quite a few.

Athan being Tanner's understudy can only help his cause. He has to learn on the fly. Nothing is more valuable than learning from one's mistakes and someone being there in your shoes. Now, he is at the helm.

He will improve his reads and learn to utilize all the arsenal at his disposal.

Hopefully, the Offensive Line does not take a huge step back because they hold the key to making the offense purr.

The Air Athan Kaliakmanis show will be electrifying. He is our BMOC!
