NDSU vs Gophers 11/24 who's ready?

got my fingers crossed
that the Bison over look the Gophers
as they prep for their big game against WI Green Bay
after blowing out the highly regarded Mayville State Comets

Ever since their big win over the Gauchos (a perennial March Madness team) and taking Pac10 powerhouse Oregon to the wire, the Bison have soared in the rankings with a rocket up to 123 on the RPI

I'm hoping we sneak up on them and catch them napping

that, combined with 3 straight wins over teams with compass headings in their name ("West"ern, North, and West), we might be able to pull this one out...a guy can dream

mayville st was an exhibition.

UC Santa Barbara was a NCAA team. and Oregon is still PAC 10.


Our coach said in press conference that he hasnt found 1 weakness of the GOPHERS in San Juan.
 

When are they going to announce the new NDSU nickname?????

Mayville State was not an exhibition game.
 

felt like it 105-45 or something.


GOPHERS played vs MR Basketball Kevin Noreen and 2010 AP Minnesota Player of the YEAR Marshall Bjorkland back to back.

Its gonna be a fun game, NDSU is more athletic than in the past, the past had WOODSIDE, period.
 




NOPE DR DON and I agreed on a 10 point spread. its gonna be closer if NDSU can hit their shots.

The sad thing is that most of us would probably like NDSU if it wasn't for lakesbison coming up here and monkey f'ing all of his info about his won team and jamming it down our throats.
 

lakesbison overall is ok, he just gets a little carried away here when a game between the Gophers and his Bison are coming up. At least he doesn't bash the Gophers and talk smack, he encourages his Bison. Nothing wrong with that, at least to me. (I will look forward to that $10, lakes!)

yes, I have no problem with gophers (i have fball and hockey tickets) I just HATED PUNKY BREWSTER and alot of you saw what i have wrote about him and miscontrued that towards your fans and that is not correct.

however, my goal is for NDSU to be U of Minnesota-1A, 2 solid Division 1 teams would help both programs.


Sounds like since NDSU is in the FCS football playoffs, most are sticking around for that game and the fans wont travel like they want to williams (weather certaintly doesnt help!) and maturi/tubby wont ever play this game on a saturday either for fears of 4000-5000 NDSU fans coming.

itll be the usual 1000 fans im guessing.

It's the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. It probably won't sell out. Most schools who play on this night don't sell out, especially if they're playing small conference peons. What is your point?

Seriously, there are probably a lot of us that wouldn't mind taking in this game if we weren't headed out of town. It won't sell out and with the weather I would expect 70% full at most.

The Sioux just aren't that big of a draw. ;)

No, the Gophers won't win by that much, maybe 15-20 points, but certainly not 40. And I hate the entire village of Fargo too. It's a desolate wasteland consisting of a bunch of small town people living in an area about the size of Rochester. NDSU's gym is still stuck in Division II. The giant hanging scoreboard looks ridiculously out of place and the temporary wooden bleachers at both ends of the floor are awkward. It smells bad and has a field house feel, not an arena atmosphere. Heck, the weight room and computer lab are in the same building!!!

I love how you started a thread with this same delusional crap on the NDSU site and everyone there basically told you to relax. If no one in ND agrees with you, wouldn't you take that as some sort of sign? If you were a rational person, that is.
