Previously we determined that Nebraska, Northwestern, Oregon State, Rutgers & South Florida are the only 5 BCS programs yet to appear in the NCAA Tournament since the 1999-2000 season.

Can you name the other 6 BCS programs who have not won a NCAA tourney game since the 1999-2000 season?

The others are Clemson, Colorado, Florida State, South Carolina and the Gophers.
