Plenty of good cultures around college football. Personally, I’d like about a 25 percent shift away from culture focus and more toward football development and a lasered focus on game day prep and coaching. The latter is not keeping up with the Jones’.This statement right here is why I’ll support PJ as long as he keeps producing wins at about the level he has been — even if that “magical” season never comes. I’d love to strike gold with a Cignetti and transfer class(es) that bring 11-1/12-0, but the risk of either regressing or treading water AND losing this culture we can all be proud of is just too great IMO. To each their own, though. I don’t begrudge anyone their opinion about the program.
That’s crazy, sounds similar to Wisconsin. If you’re a mid level program I think it’s a serious issue to not recruit well within your home state.
