Natalie Kussow

Providence Academy played two games in Wisconsin and one was against Arrowhead and they were demolished in both games. Greenway didn't play well in either game.

I just checked the schedule they lost. 94 to 83
to arrowhead. It looks like you could purchase the game if you wanted to watch It on hudl

Awesome! Glad she has game. The Gophers needs a big time player that’s the next step someone who has 1st team All Big 10 potential

ASHWAUBENON — Senior guard Natalie Kussow scored 34 points and made the go-ahead 3-point field goal with 2:14 remaining in the second overtime period, leading Arrowhead to a thrilling 80-74 victory over Wauwatosa East in the WIAA Division 1 girls basketball state championship game on Saturday night.

Kussow shot 13 of 25 from the field, also finishing with 10 rebounds and six assists.

Kussow is not a point guard, she is more of 3 maybe a 4. We r going to need a replacement for Amaya, I hope we can get an experienced point guard in the portal. Kussow did help break the press as she is fast with the ball and also could throw over the press to open players.

Hoping Kussow and some of her teamates can make it Friday, as well as the other 2026 recruits. Would be nice if the kid from Nebraska could make it up too. Would be good for them the recruits to be around the team this weekend.
Did see Tori O. last night.

When I watch the Gophers 4-out offense, I don’t see a traditional point guard. I have seen all 4 of the outside players initiate the offense.

It took a amazing coach from Wisconsin and our best player from Wisconsin to turn this program around quickly (after the Whalen fail). With Kussow coming next season from Wisconsin, this program is finally respectable. After all, UCONN has two Wisconsinites and they are winning it all again. Wisconsin knows how to win.

I talked to a coach who saw Natalie in person. She was most impressed with her strength and finishing ability. She took some very hard fouls and seems unfazed and is mature. All the teams are focusing their defense on her and she still scores. I hope her 3 point shootin improves as I believe it is about 33% and I think she has to work on going right because she is a lefty, but hard to be sure as teams has trouble taking away her left hand. It was nice to hear a coach who was impressed with her. The new WI coach has several of the top players going to WI, so it is going to be harder in the future to beat out WI for the top players. There was a girl from Rice Lake that is going to WI and it will be interesting to see how she does. I enjoy watching the seniors and projecting how they will be in college. Wishing them all good health!

I get your point but also remember that 4 out of the 5 starters that turned the program around and got us here are from Minnesota ;)

Coach Plitzuweit got us here. Period. She taught defense and put players in position where they could be successful and contribute to the team. The previous regime was clueless. Grade school level.

It seems clear that Carly was the best coach on the team. Her Fairfield teams are doing well.
