We are starting to see some separation in the middle of the conference. We have now four tiers to the rankings.

Have at it, friends!

I’d put Whisky ahead of the Michigan teams, Maryland behind Nebby.

But that is totally a matter of opinion.

Not convinced Indiana deserves the 2 spot over Ohio state but we will find out later this month. Overall this feels about right as far as the conference is concerned. Definitely starting to see a little more separation but after the top 4 there still isn't a lot of separation between the teams.

On the plus side, we have definitely solidified our spot in the top half of the conference with our play over the last month.

Agree with your rankings almost completely 1-18

still think it’s a two tier league. If there are three tiers, Purdue by itself in the bottom.

17 northwestern beat 13 Maryland @ Maryland
16 Rutgers beat 8 Washington
18 Purdue took 7 Illinois to OT

Similar. I can't be convinced of Indiana being anywhere near a top 10 until they beat a blue blood that's having a decent year (OSU, Oregon or PSU this year). They'll have one chance this year.

Per Sagarin, Indiana is the only FBS team in their top 81 teams that hasn't played a Top 30 team yet. Fresno State at #82 is the next FBS team not to play a Top 30.
