Everything is much deeper. Gophers might not be on front page, but if you click on sports, Gophers. There you will find the write up of Men's and Women's games under one click. About 300 words per story and a link to the box score on U of M website.

Previews of games have gone by wayside expect for football really.

It's a link to the actual article, and an article is on the main Startribune webpage. I don't understand people who keep complaining about no coverage.
 

Loved seeing that Kansas City star printing building with the big glass wall to watch from the street. Great times walking in Kc. I then walked by the bar that is simply called ‘totally nude’.

I went in Saturday to buy a STrib to read about the bowl game Friday afternoon. 4 page sports section all about the Viking game on Thursday, some Wild , and some Timberwolves, but not a word about the bowl game and Rey wanted $3.00 for the issue. What a waste. Now, they won’t even be printing locally - but in Iowa.
 





No Strib at all so far today because I-35 between the printing plant in Des Moines and here is closed in Iowa because of the weather! They report that we may not get our Monday paper delivered until with Tuesday's paper . . . and who knows how late that will be compared to our historic 6:00 a.m. delivery time. GRR!

I don't even know if they still credit you when you don't get a paper. There was a day in the last couple weeks where one day's paper arrived with the next day's paper, and there wasn't any weather or any other reason. If they still do credit you, they might have to stop doing that because of this Iowa printing thing, and then we'll be paying for a product that isn't delivered.
