This was the ice breaker question at a morning meeting today. The rules are simple, only count if you watched it all the way through.

I never counted the total times I have watched these, but I am confident the listed movies have been seen many times. In no particular order:

Monty Python and the Holy Grail
Slap Shot
Fast Times at Ridgemount High
Dazed and Confused
The Cable Guy

Close...Wizard of Oz, Duck Soup (Marx Brothers) and Minority Report.

My list:

The Right Stuff
Star Wars (whatever the original is called)
Caddyshack
The Big Lebowski
Dazed and Confused

Almost Famous is probably closing in rather quickly.

The Cable Guy is fantastic, but I haven't revisited in a while. I'm due.

Caddyshack
Three Amigos
Vacation
L.A. Story
The Jerk

Christmas movies we watch every year:

Christmas Vacation
Die Hard

Oh yeah, have to add It's a Wonderful Life to my list.

Also probably A Christmas Story. My dad was a Jean Shepherd fanatic. I must have been in junior high when it was released and he dragged me to go see it on the day it was released. I thought it was going to be pretty corny, based on the trailer, but I loved it from the get-go.

Watch all the way through every time? That's a tough one. That would be almost no movie. But stop and watch for a while almost every time I see on the Guide that it's playing?

Fletch
Equalizer
Die Hard (most of them)
Airplane
John Wick

This is Spinal Tap
Star Wars
Slap Shot
Fast Times
The Outlaw Josey Wales

Shawshank Redemption
Rocky 4
Rocky
The Dark Knight

i watch no country for old men at least every month

only other movies that come close are the 90 comedy classics dumb and dumber, tommy boy, billy madison, etc.

After reading some of these...I forgot about 1977-Star Wars and 1982-Blade Runner.

Caddyshack
Dazed and Confused
Animal House
Back to the Future
Sixteen Candles
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

My young boys are making these movies climb the charts:
101 Dalmatians (original)
Star Wars trilogy (original)

Pre 1972 (before I was born) movies:
Rear Window
The Apartment
12 Angry Men

Good topic. The movies I've seen the most:

Thing from Another World needs another watch. I kind of remember it as a kid.

Great topic

Not including Christmas-time movies:
Shawshank Redemption
Groundhog Day
Caddyshack
The Godfather
Star Wars

Dazed and Confused, Almost Famous, Goodfellas, Out Cold, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

I'm sure there are plenty more in the double digits.

If you're in your 30's or 40's and don't mention a Disney or Pixar movie, I call BS.

Trivia - in the original version of "Halloween," the 'Thing' is the movie playing while Jamie Lee Curtis is baby-sitting. (before Michael Meyers starts slashing...) John Carpenter, who directed Halloween, later directed a remake of 'The Thing' with Curt Russell.

And - I left one movie off my list -

"The Maltese Falcon." classic film noir and my favorite Bogart movie by a narrow margin over 'The Big Sleep.'

Airplane
Caddyshack
It’s a Wonderful Life
A Christmas Story
Cool Hand Luke
Shawshank Redemption
Die Hard
Lethal Weapon
Woodstock

I've seen Woodstock in bits and pieces sooo many times.

The Godfather
Goodfellas
Edit, after reading posts, totally forgot Cool Hand Luke and Magnificent Seven. (Can’t type Magnificent Seven without the music from the film running though my mind.)

I loved "The Thing" with Kurt Russell. Great show.

Going older movies, I always like seeing "Stalag 17"; I've never bothered to look but has to be a good chance it influenced Hogan's Heroes?

So says the fella whose moniker would lead one to believe Slap Shot should be on their list

On a totally other note, LA Guns was the very first band I saw in concert, as openers for AC/DC. Unfortunately, their lead singer was evidently drunk off his ass, they didn't put on much of a show.
