Hmm. Now that you mention it, someone much more creative/clever than I could probably do a great satirical "one shining moment" video with nothing but Sampson moments in it. It might start off with something like:

I'd go with "The cops are tipped" but that is definitely solid.
"Cops are tipped" is much better.
