Tramaine Brock with a nice defensed pass on Charles Johnson on the Vikings first
offensive play. Props.

I can't remember, why did he transfer after one year? Academics?

After the Vikings first half performance tonight, the Gophers didn't look that bad Saturday in comparison!

and now a INT.....good game for him, worst coached Vikings game i've seen in awhile.

Terrible play calls in the first quarter. Please let me never see a Viking quarterback play action roll out to the short side of the field again! And I thought Darrell Bevel was in Seattle.

I went to bed before the 1st quarter ended but I did see Marcus Sherels pick up a blocked FG and run about 40 yards. Props.

I was baffled by the offense last night. Remember the opener last year vs. StL? The Vikings O looked practically unstoppable. I'm unclear why they think running AP out of the spread at this point in his career is a good idea. I understand TB and McKinnon are more comfortable there, but AP is the straw that stirs the drink, baby. I know CP is a total headcase, but man, watching him run jet sweep early in the year last year...wow.

Things could be worse. The Gophers could have traded places and be the ViQueens.

Last nights game is an example of an Offensive Line really outf snyc. No Sullivan or Loadholt.

AP looked like he is shaking the cobwebs off in training camp. I don't get it. He is out for a year, and the Vikes did not play him in preseason.

I liked seeing Asiata giving AP pointers on how to block on the sidelines. LOL.

Last night was his preseason Game 1.

At least the Gophers eked out a win against CSU.

We block a punt which Sherels returns to the 35, and then we run play action roll out to the short side of the field? Talk about total flashback to Farve interception in NFC Championship game! Then two more passes. Don't get why they didn't run AP more.

Zim said they had quite a few run plays called that Teddy audibled to passes. Either the play call needs to be a firm run, Teddy didn't make the right audibles or our O-line is just horrible.
