Missouri game

I switched this weekend from YouTubeTV to Hulu Live. It took me a couple minutes. Hulu has ESPN and the Missouri game.

I already had Hulu anyway, so this actually streamlined my apps. Hulu Live has everything YTTV had that I used, and now I can get all the ESPN crap.

Don't let ESPN/Disney win!

Sadly they're going to win eventually anyways.

Disney owns Hulu and Fubo. They are looking to destroy competition and create a monopoly. It's time for big business buster bomb to be dropped and break up the monopoly.

If you get SEC Network already through your TV provider, you will get SECN+ in the ESPN app.

Also, I believe you will also get it if you subscribe to ESPN Unlimited (ESPN's new DTC subscription service).

That's what I was hoping for. Certainly wasn't going to subscribe to SECN+.

lol. Television, cable, movie studios, streaming & media companies, etc....have been consolidating for decades. And Disney/Hulu/Fubo is nothing even close to resembling a monopoly. Do you know what a monopoly is?

I'll gladly pay for Big+ and listen to Karen talk about the match, but nope, fuck Disney. And I may as well cancel YouTube tv because what good is the quad box if there's not four games to watch.

Anybody use Directv steam?

B1G + has upgraded. Some guy in a bow tie and Parker Fox. No more Karen. Sad.

No, but the DirecTV app is essentially the same thing and it's fine. Especially if you're used to not using channel #'s etc.

Kyra aka Karen was still on sideline reporting duty

We do. The package we have is now $140 a month and i despise paying it. I just like my sports and the Mrs likes a few channels that require our package.

We get sec not sec plus.

If you have ever watched Big Ten Network on the Fox Sports app, the process is similar. You need to log into your TV provider from within the app so it knows you have a subscription to a provider/tier for that channel.

(screenshots from ESPN app on my phone)

From ESPN app, go to settings:
View attachment 40040

Then, Manage TV provider:
View attachment 40041

You will get a link to choose your TV provider and log in.
Thank you!! Just logged in am I think I am set for tomorrow night!!

Livetv.sx with Brave browser usually has a link that works.
There are a few other ways to sail the seas that should work too. I have YTTV, Hulu/Disney/HBO bundle. Enough is enough with these streaming sites, they have priced me out of being able to watch every game.

I play trivia on Wednesdays so maybe the game will be on at the bar (probably won't be since it is on SEC N+).

No

I’d prefer to see every Gopher and/or Big Ten game on TV but have no issues going old school with radio when not willing to pony up for BTN+. Not the end of the world with the volume of games we still get on “regular” TV stations. In some ways radio is better.
Not unlike the Fireside Chats of my youth.

Let us know the longest time the announcers go without mentioning the officiating...

It should be live now for everyone. It’s kind of a pain in the ass, but you have to activate your ESPN Unlimited account buried in the Directv menus. I received an email walking me through the process, but the below link also explains how to do it.

Once logged in, I still have no option to activate this. I think you have to get the email from them first. Makes no sense.

I play volleyball on Wednesday nights. Too bad there is no DVR capability for games that are streamed on ESPN+. Hopefully they put the replay on their site.
