I would guess because it's at La Salle and they have a better RPI than the Gophers. Most of the computers have it as an even matchup as well, Sagarin has it at about a 2.5pt spread in the Explorers favor, we're 54 in kenpom.com ratings and La Salle is 56. One exception, LMRC, kills the Gophers ... we're 72, La Salle is 57.

My guess is it will be a lot closer than people here expect because La Salle isn't a "name" team.
