Go Gophers!!

11 AM is good for us. Hopefully Nebraska is still reeling. They looked good for a quarter and then folded like a tent to Wisconsin. If we can go down and win in Lincoln, then it's all on the line for the axe. That would be awesome to see.

Good point. At 11 they will still be reeling. By 2:30 NEXT WEEKEND they wont be.

Well that's not good. What if we go into OT and it is past 2:30? Does that mean we lose in OT since they wont be considered reeling at that point?

This sucks for my tailgate plans next Saturday. Was really hoping for a 2:30 start.

We roll into Omaha around 10 - 11 PM Friday night from the Twin Cities, staying with Nebraska-oriented family.

Don't know if we'll get to tailgate but no sleeping in Saturday AM for sure.

Go Gophers!!

Gutty performance vs. Ohio State, guys. For those who believe there is such a thing as a "moral victory" - I'd say that game fit the bill. I have a feeling a LOT of people lost a bunch of $$ on the point spread. Meanwhile - Wisconsin was doing y'all a solid by laying out the blueprint for winning vs. the Huskers.

Now it's going to be their Senior Day as it's their last home game - not sure to what extent that will bolster their will following an embarrassing loss. If the Gophers can get up early - You are likely to get the benefit of a classic Pellini team implosion.

The stars may just be aligning because Abdullah did NOT look good vs Wisky. Not sure if he was still nursing an injury or if Wisky's Defense was just that good. Also - Having to defend against JT Barrett this week will serve you well dealing with Tommy Armstrong's mobility. He's slippery, but not in the same league as what you just dealt with. If he's put into the position where he HAS to throw - your secondary is going to feast.

Win the turnover battle and turn Cobb loose and you have a good shot at a signature win for this season.

Tailgate AFTER the Gopher victory….this is on National t.v. and all the announcers will be talking about the Gophers all day if we win. We beat them last year 34-23, now if we can play on the road the way we did in Michigan this game will be ours. However if we play the way we did at Illinois we will be toast. This team hasn't learned how to win on the road consistently yet…hopefully next Saturday is the day they start.

This shows up as an espn game. Can I assume that it will be shown nationally? I will be traveling.

It's the same way the Gophers beat Nebraska last year. The Gophers physically pounded the Huskers, just like Wisconsin did yesterday and every time they play Nebraska. You punch them in the mouth, they roll over and die pretty easily.

Have we played the most 11:00 am games in the country this year? We should just play our games on Thursday night and have the weekends to be at the lake or other active lifestyle activity.
