Michael Madsen, a prolific character actor best known for playing sneering tough guys in Quentin Tarantino's "Reservoir Dogs" and "Kill Bill: Vol. 2," died Thursday morning from cardiac arrest, according to his manager, Ron Smith.

He was 67.

Go Gophers!!

He was awesome in Reservoir Dogs and Kill Bill (among others), gone far too soon.

But I gotta admit that I really crushed on his sister Virginia. Started with “Long Gone”, a baseball movie, if you haven’t seen it, I recommend. But it’s been a long time since I’ve seen it, so it might be crap, but I liked it because I was crushing.

Didn't know they were brother/sister. I remember that movie well.
RIP MM

Smoke show.

Here's a really lovely tribute from Virginia.
I think of all the things he's done my favorite moment is the defeated semi-regret he expresses it killing the bride in kill Bill, which quickly switches back to greed.

Not going to look it up, going to trust my failing memory, but wasn’t Michael also in The Natural, the Robert Redford baseball movie?
RIP Michael
