I have noticed an opportunity with two opponents tendencies. Specifically the QB's

extra drills on strip, and punch, and helmet on the ball could yield a key turnover or three

Genius. I'm sure Cosgrove would never have thought to try and get his players to jar the ball loose without this.

Anybody who played competitve tackle football at any level knows that coaches focus on extracting the ball from offensive ball carriers, QBs or otherwise during just about EVERY PRACTICE.

There were a lot of times when they would almost get an interception. Turn some of those almosts into interceptions and that can have a huge impact.
