Looks like it's the delivery service, Yelloh, is what's closing. Schwan's itself will keep going. Not sure if that affects the NIL part or not.
 










again, Schwan's is not closing. the production end of the company is reportedly doing fine. it's just the delivery end - which changed its branding to "Yelloh" a couple of years ago. the main Schwan's company and the delivery service have been under separate ownership since 2019.

with more grocery stories and services offering food and grocery delivery to the home, the home delivery model for Yelloh just became outmoded.

Weird cuz home delivery kinda spiked.
 


My uncle was a a security guard at Schwann's. Whenever we'd visit (I had a lot of relatives in Marshall), we'd bring huge coolers and he'd send us home with expired product. I think I turned out just fine! 😁
 

They should have had Amari Allen in their advertisements. Everyone would be eating ice cream.
 


Schwan's isn't going out of business.

Yelloh, the delivery service, which is separate from Schwan's, and had the NIL deal, is going out of business.

One of my college roommates worked at Schwans and it was known that if you dumped a box of something over it when working was considered damaged and you could take it home.
 

Son went to school at SMSU. Earned some extra $ and got some free food being a taste tester for Schwan's.
