per game, according to Monter:

Trevor Mbakwe is averaging 15.8 points, 14.8 rebounds and 5.2 blocked shots per game this season. He is shooting 66.7% from the field and 67.2% from the line. He has gone to the charity stripe an amazing 64 times in six games.

Trevor seems to be pretty motivated right now, which is always a good thing!!:)

If he can continue to play with this kind of intensity the rest of this season and then into next, the 2009 class is going to be pretty stellar.

I'm drawing two conclusions:

  1. His opponents' level of quality isn't very good if they're permitting 67% shooting while committing 6-10 fouls against him per game; and,
  2. His rehab was successful ... just hope he doesn't suffer a re-aggravation given the apparent banging that goes on at that level
 

Wasn't Mbakwe ranked on Rivals in the 40's somewhere when he signed with Marquette ?

Either Trevor is playing against inferior teams, or he is a stud. Did he do much at Marquette? 14.8 rebounds per game is amazing!
