Looks like Rhule is laughing to me, probably someone made a comment about "you know how weird this is gonna look" right before the picture.

Well, Rhule didn't go there to visit Mikey Gow. Belleview East's internet-famous ambidextrous QB just transferred to Allen HS in Texas. The one Seth Green transferred to with the huge stadium.
