But they can also drive to Denver, KC, STL, Chicago
Yup. Hate to say it but SDSU football becoming more and more of a draw.this is On3's algorithm and is not actual dollar figures. Some are making more i'm sure, many less.
Also, rapidly losing interest in CFB if we're just going to pay guys and poach people and there will be massive roster turnover year after year. making it harder and harder to invest and follow guys who are going to develop within a program knowing the top flight guys will leave
Saturday morning and afternoon, I only watched FCS playoff games. It was a lot of fun.Yup. Hate to say it but SDSU football becoming more and more of a draw.
I think with Wazzu no longer in a power conference, at least for now, Lincoln may be the most difficult major conference school to recruit to based entirely on location. That and maybe Starkville (Miss. State). You would have to pay a decent Qb quite a bit to play at Nebraska now a days. Not exactly an ideal landing spot.
We’ve never, ever gotten 5* players since the rating system began (can you name one?). NIL makes it harder, but it was actually pretty much impossible for the Gophs before NIL. Just sayin’… 2020 census puts MSP metro at around 3.6M people. But NIL, when the big numbers are being counted, is pretty much unrelated to total population. Check out the metro area population of Eugene, Oregon. Or Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Or Athens, Georgia.U is much bigger than N, larger state with more population and metro is much larger and Im sure has more wealthy boosters, but does not seam to help. If the U cant bring them in Nil it will kill the schools that cant compete( IE the U) we better get a staff that can load up with 4 and5 stars who don't care about nil which in todays world is highly unlikely. MPLS metro pop 2,989,669.. Neb total pop 1,896,190
