*Young OL and that Olson and Campion are not your typical freshmen. The Olson boys are best friends and Tommy's transition should be smooth. Campion is 20 years old and should be ready.

*Run first, but offense has spread/power/west coast variations. Gave an example of Lair getting matched-up on a LB and taking advantage or sneaking someone else in and running power because of the match-up Lair could draw.

*#1 question he gets is about Gray being starter. Gray should be the guy, but every guy will have a chance. Fastest learner mentality.

*We can't do what we did at Northern Illinois last year. Tie shoes before we sprint.
