long planned food hall project along transitway about a half mile east of Stadium is now open...on the way to Surly in one of those old abandoned buildings...another great addition for game days at the U...here are some reviews:

Wrecktangle pizza is awesome. Make sure you get a pizza with Bacon Jam on it. Best pizza topping I have ever had.

You can also just stop short of Surly and not go there at all, since they chose to s__t all over their former employees. (y)

Malcolm Yards is great and I expect is going to be hopping on game days. Be careful when you fill your beer. You pay by the ounce. A poor guy kept dumping some beer trying to get rid of foam and ended up paying for 34 ounces with a half empty glass. Also - get your own key card so you can go to your own food stand and beer line. (O'Shaunghessy is also open)

I love the pour your own beer and when I put in 4 oz and the cup was full of foam the beer girl came over poured it out and filled the pint on her card.🥰🥰🥰

Went to Malcolm Yards with the family today. Great location for Gopher football. Terrific use of space and great variety of foods available. It will be interesting to see how it does on a game day. Not a huge place, and its expensive (our family of 4 dropped close to $100 today, no alcohol). That said, it's a beautiful space and it's great to have another option close to the stadium.
