Go Gophers!!

Quality media coverage just took a major hit. If I think about the list of media who would be regarded as on the Gopher football beat, it's a very sickly list. Maybe this is just another awful rumor.

He's as much as confirmed on Twitter. Says he will still help out.

I am proud -- of which I rarely get, except for, not withstanding, when hunting Sasquatch, while drinking scotch -- to announce my terrible sentence structure will be included in gopher football related news bulletins.

Marcus and Joe are both very good at covering the Gophers. What will Marcus be doing next?

I know the bowl loss was a bummer, but quiting your job over it seems a bit rash.

Haha love it.

It makes sense to have separate writers covering FB & BB. The seasons overlap, and the most important off-season days (signing days) happen during the others season, or in the case of spring signing for BB during or right after spring practice for FB.

Marcus was a machine covering both basketball and football. He bugged me at times but I also appreciated his hard work and how much content he put out. I also enjoyed his short videos he would tweet.
