Looking through the game notes for each week, things are starting to take shape with the early foundation of this team. The depth chart shows that a lot of guys are getting playing time and valuable experience. If academics are held in check we could have 19 guys from offense and 20 from defense who played this year in key moments back. Add to that guys like Bush who Kill is quoted as saying he could be starting right now. I believe that it will take 4-5 years to get the "program" turned around, but we could see some big strides made in year two on the field.
