Man and woman up. Anyone seriously thinking of not going because of the weather?

You are an old man! By my calculations you have me by 2 years. I'm assuming you were much closer to the ref/bottle/eye as that was on the far end of the field from me. Humorously, as I sat there high up in the third deck behind home plate, I figured I was in the best seat in the house because our seats were as high as my hometown water tower.

I was in the bleachers behind 3rd base. I think the bottle came from right field, didn't it?

If so, you should be ashamed of yourself.

My 79 year old parents are going. Ma was out looking for snow pants this week bitching no maroon and gold colors and not buying red or black either. Pa has some crazy idea of lining his jacket with hand warmers???

4 strategically placed hand warmers can make a huge difference. I don't think tomorrow is cold enough for that to each their own. If I get a couple free ones at the game I'll probably throw one in each sock so my feet stay warmer.

We'll be there. Can't be worse than the Badger game last year.

It is not supposed to be cold. Cold is minus 25. 28 above is not cold. I hope we get more snow than what is in the forecast. I have been to every home game since the stadium opened and have been waiting for a game where weather is a factor.

Go Gophers !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We can stop discussing the attendance/cold now. Yes it will be cold. No, nobody should be ashamed of anything Sports related. It's a freakin game.

And a thread telling people to man up fills as many seats as a protester stops abortions. None.

I was about 10 at the time and sitting in the bleachers behind the other end zone. That sucked.

I was at those games at the Met. We wore snowmobile suits with extra sweaters. Those games were so fun. Survival and cheering go well together.

Not trying too fill seats up. Just want fans that do have tickets not too use the weather as a excuse.
Are you going, or just spewing?

I heard a short ornery norwegian say, "There is no such thing as bad weather, only bad clothing".

We'll be cheering loud and proud from 103! What a great season this has been. Can't wait for a shot at being undefeated at the Bank!

I can't believe this much is being made out of what looks like temperatures in the 20s by kickoff. If the sun peaks its head out, it will be downright warm on the visitor's side.

I think cold games are more fun. I feel like people cheer more. Clapping and yelling and standing seem to help keep warm more than sitting quietly without moving. Really looking forward to this game.

Not sure what the problem is here? We already started tailgating a few hours ago!
I think the nuts are the ones flying in, right? We‘re from Minnesota and this is another nice fall day!
Last home game, senior day, Epilepsy Awareness Game....are you ready?
Go Gophers!

This. I can't believe the hand wringing over 28 degrees. If colder, or snowier, weather is going to help...bring it on.

I cannot imagine any November weather in Minnesota that would prevent me from going to a Gopher game!! Go Gophers!!!

Never missed a game at the Bank, tomorrow's weather surely won't stop me
