That's really just two sides of the same coin. The pre-nup endeavors to divide the property--whatever you keep, she doesn't get and vice versa.The example I was giving was the opposite of a pre-nup. A pre-nup would list what I get to keep. My example was the future wife wanting a document promising things she GETS if we get divorced. That would be messed up.
