What I don't like is that coaches typically leave a school in a mess. They should be penalized if they go onto another school right away. No accountability to these folks.

The NCAA has the option to put a show cause on him which means that any team that want to hire him must show why the hiring would be better for the sport.
Most teams do not want to go that route.
