Our group of 7 rotates cooking assignments so that each person cooks for one home game a year. I have the Michigan game, which, of course, is Halloween and a night game, and means I won't be taking the kids around the neighborhood trick or treating.
However, instead, we plan to have a basket of candy at our tailgate spot and I believe our crew is all going to bring their kids down early in the afternoon so that we can all see their costumes, they can get candy, have a bite to eat, and then head home to trick or treat around the neighborhood.
So, if anyone else is in a similar predicament, feel free to bring the kids to the east side of lot 37, where the marked off fire lane is (we're the ones always there, always playing bags), for some Halloween candy (while supplies last).
