Is the scrimmage going to be a "fan fest" deal like last year with games for the kiddos and whatnot?

Practice questions

Are there places to sit during the practice?(I had a back proceedure done and I can't stand for long periods) I went by the outdoor fields and I didn't see any bleachers. I have not been in the indoor practice facility so I don't know the set up in there. Also is it permissible to bring your own chair? Any advice would be appreciated!

Does anyone have any tips on where to park?

If you are checking one out at The Bank, you can always find an open meter outside of the stadium. If you are checking one out at Bronco you can find a spot on that little street that goes by Seibert Field right by the complex.

I'm thinking about going tomorrow morning, but not quite sure of the details...like other posts on this thread.

Does anyone have more detailed information about how long the practice is, where to enter Nagurski (I assume the front door) or any other info??

Practice last two hours plus warm ups. You enter through the front doors of the football complex. There you will sign in and hopefully they will have rosters available. You next walk through the indoor practice field to the outdoor practice field and find a spot where you can watch a very high tempo practice.

Went to the practice this morning for a little bit. Pretty interesting to watch them work. I would guess there were about 100-150 spectators there. It was kinda fun to just stand there, they're doing defensive line drills about 10 feet behind me, and the DB are doing another drill on the field right in front of me.

WATCH OUT WHEN COACH KILL BLOWS THE WHISTLE...cuz the players, wherever they are, come running. Sometimes right through the spectators, if we were in the way. I just stood as still as I could, so I wouldn't get knocked over. Brandon Beal almost steamrolled me.

You can hear Kill even if you're not near him. He can holler, like any good football coach should.

As for chairs, no, you'd have to bring your own.

If you're in the area, with nothing going on, I would recommend checking it out.

Nice description of what it like being there.

UptownMaroon&Gold - Hopefully some more people will avail themselves of the opportunity to attend one of the open fall football camp practices. If you haven’t yet experienced one of Coach Kill’s high tempo practices, by all means do it. It will help you will better understand why he has succeeded everywhere he has been.

I don’t know how many games we will win this fall but I do know that the football culture is and will continue to be dramatically different under Coach Kill’s leadership. You can see it by the way the players are buying into and responding to what is going on. But don't believe me. See it for yourself and make up your own mind.

Therefore, the only thing I would change about your post Uptown is that I would say even if you are not in the area you should find a way to check it out.

Any guess on how long the morning session at 8:50 and the afternoon session at 4:50 will run on Monday? On Tuesday at TCF, do you think people will be allowed on the field or just in the stands?

sorry if this is on another thread, but does anyone know the format of the scrimmage tomorrow? I have a chance to go and the rain should hold off.
